in another business and best friend for nearly twenty years. Barbara,
my wife and partner in this business, was a twenty year veteran of
the Los Angeles legal profession. Each of us felt that a career change
would alleviate the stress and boredom that eventually accumulates
in any job. Both of us had been to Hawaii dozens of times and entertained
