The Pete Dye course at Mission Hills is the site of the Nabisco Dinah Shore LPGA Tournament. Pete Dye has created some of the toughest golf holes in the desert, featuring long lakes, rolling fairways, deep pot bunkers and the use of railroad ties for boundaries all trademarks of Dye's unique design concepts.
The Mission Hills Country Club is a club rich in prestige and amenities. Over the years, Mission Hills continues to attract golfers from around the world, all looking forward to playing the challenging and beautiful Dinah Shore Tournament Course, recently rated as the No.1 course in the Coachella Valley. Among the most scenic and toughest golf courses in the Coachella Valley, this private course is another Pete Dye test with acres of traps, large and severely contoured greens, and fairways with lots of humps and bumps. Water on left on 8 holes, so don't hook! Good landing areas on most holes. No out- of-bounds, but don't stray into the rough, surrounding area desert. Bent greens.
